A LITTLE INSIGHT ABOUT WEBMYRESUME PEOPLE

WebMyResume is a data service created to assist unemployed Americans return to the workforce as well as those Americans seeking upward employment mobility. Our founder, Daniel Goldberg, realized the necessity of such a helpful tool during his graduate studies at Texas A&M Commerce School of Business. Many others (ranging from university professors to graduate students) quickly recognized the novelty and appreciated the necessity of such a tool, and sought to work in aiding Daniel with the development of this idea.  The following biographical sketches are for those key WMR staff who are responsible for helping to you achieve success in the search for meaningful and fulfilling employment.

DANIEL MOISES GOLDBERG – PRESIDENT & CEO

Daniel Goldberg graduated from Texas Tech University in 1991 with a Bachelor Degree in International Economics. Goldberg worked & Study in Mexico City, Mexico earning his JD in Insurance & Real Estate Law (UNAM 1995). He later returned to the United States and entered the mortgage industry as a broker. Goldberg’s experience with the mortgage industry includes packaging mortgage loans, administrating the business work flow, and creating niches in how to stream the process for a better result. Goldberg graduated from Texas A&M Commerce with a MS in Economics (2011), Masters in Business Administration (2012), MS in Marketing (2013), a MS in Management (2015), and a MS in Business Analytics. Presently, Goldberg works for a Bank administrating work flow processes, and Goldberg is trying to earn his PHD.

BENITO PORTILLO – VICE-PRESIDENT & CHIEF OF FOREIGN OPERATIONS

Benito Portillo graduated from Harvard University in 1967 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico with a focus in Mexican Labor Law. Portillo is a partner in a major law firm in Mexico DF, Mexico, and represents American clients before the Mexican Patent Bar in Mexico City, Mexico.

MAGNOLIA ORTIZ – BOARD DIRECTOR AND LEGAL COUNSEL FOR FOREIGN OPERATIONS

Magnolia Ortiz graduated from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in 1994, concentrating her study on the North American Free Trade Agreement and The Hague Convention. She was a partner with Seguros.com, PFS Insurance, and Mortgages Para Hispanos. Ms. Ortiz currently represents several multinational companies doing business in Mexico City.

KARTHICK MOORTHY – MANAGER OF WEBSITE DESIGN

KarthickMoorthy graduated from the Anna University located in Chennai, India in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications, and was awarded a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2015. Mr. Moorthy is an expert in data automation using Java, SQL, and other languages & tools to extract data sets. He created WebMyResume Logical Design and helped developed the Physical Design, and he is co-responsible for the effective operations of the website.

PAUL DOWNEY-FOUNDING FATHER

Paul Downey graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He entered the mortgage industry as a junior loan originator, and worked with Daniel Goldberg until 2010, when he made the decision to return to law school. He graduated with both a J.D. and an M.B.A. from St. Mary’s University in 2013, with a concentration in business and taxation law. He passed the July Texas Bar Examination and received his license to practice law in Texas. He then entered Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in the fall of 2013 to begin working towards his LL.M. in Taxation, which he completed in May 2014. While in the program, he took and passed the Pennsylvania Bar Examination, and is now licensed in Pennsylvania as well. Additionally, he is now licensed before the United States Tax Court.

FELIPE RODOLFO TALLABS SALAZAR – ASSISTANT MANAGER, FOREIGN OPERATIONS

Felipe Tallabs graduated from the Tecnológico de Monterrey with a Bio Chemical Engineering Degree (1970) and a Master in Business Administration (1981). Tallabs has worked for several Multinational Corporations in creating corporate chartering in Mexico: Specifically, new product or services corporations. Felipe Tallabs is in charge in mapping the WebMyResume logic in the Republic of Mexico and the rest of Latin America.

JOHN RANDALL BOOHER – SENIOR EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

John Booher has a Ph.D. in Political Science specializing in Program Evaluation from Texas A&M University, and over 20 years of post-doctoral experience evaluating programs in a wide variety of settings. John has a broad base of business experience using statistics and business intelligence as well as decision-making tools while using a wide variety of data sources and business intelligence platforms. Mr. Booher consulted with or worked directly for such organizations as Texas Instruments, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Texas Transportation Institute, Sony Entertainment, MCI, The Public Policy Research Institute, Meade-Johnson and AT&T.  He has provided analytics and/or reports through analysis of databases, public opinion surveys and focus groups. John also worked at the Dallas Office of Rapp Collins Worldwide — a direct marketing vendor — as a senior statistician for almost a year.  John obtained business to business marketing experience from both Rapp and the Associates which is now part of Citi Bank. A broad base of experience from a variety of settings helps John roll over tried and true solutions for problems which are common to data analysis and decision making regardless of the industry or questions being researched.

RANDY FORD TAUB – GENERAL COUNSEL, US OPERATIONS& LEGAL AFFAIRS

Mr. Taub has been practicing law since June of 1984 when he was admitted to the New York Bar by the Appellate Division of the NY Supreme Court. He also holds a license to practice law in the State of Texas issued in May of 1986. Mr. Taub has served as outside general counsel for Owen Group Holdings, LLC, the parent company of a series of affiliated companies engaged in real estate acquisition, development, construction, asset management, leasing and brokerage since November of 2011. Prior to that time, he ran his own law practice for close to a decade, worked with several law firms, including prominent regional firms Strasburger & Price and Quilling Selander et al., and served as compliance and enforcement counsel for a federal banking regulatory agency. He received a legal education at the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.  While pursuing his legal studies, Mr. Taub served as a Recent Decisions Editor for Norton’s Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law (now known as the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal). He attended college at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia under an NROTC scholarship and as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1980 with minor fields of study in economics and political science.
