As a member of the business community, WebMyResume(“WMR”) is dedicated to the provision of first-quality and efficient service to those individuals seeking to obtain employment in a manner that is respectful of hiring firms and companies and of the worldwide web. In performing such services on behalf of its subscribers, WMR will avoid all practices and procedures that may be regarded as spamming. The management of WMR recognize that Internet spam is an inappropriate and wasteful practice that harms all Internet users.

WMR shall also take all reasonable, necessary and lawful action to safely maintain, preserve and protect the information of its subscribers; and, in so doing, WMR shall not sell its customer lists or any information of its subscribers to any third person or entity.  Disclosure of customers lists and/or personal information of subscribers will only be made in response to a subpoena issued by a governmental authority or an order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.

To meet the objective of providing “first-rate” customer service, WMRR will maintain a call center 24/7 manned by personnel who will answer all questions from subscribers and assist them in the submission of information and creation of profiles to be used by WMR in its job search program for subscribers. WMR is committed to a timely response to the queries and concerns of its subscribers.

In addition to providing excellent service and value to its subscribers, WMR is committed to the conduct of efficient operations at the lowest cost possible to generate profits and thereby yield a fair return to shareholders.
